Each piece is hand-packaged, signed, and dated. Here's how it arrives and how to keep it looking like it did the day it left the bench.

International (outside U.S. and Canada)
Reach out via the contact form before ordering. We'll quote shipping based on your location. You'll be responsible for any local duties or import taxes.
Returns
Every piece is one of one and made by hand. We don't offer routine returns or exchanges, but we stand behind the work.
- Damaged in transit: photograph the package and the piece, send us the images within 7 days of delivery, and we'll refund or replace at our discretion.
- Not as described: same process. We will make it right.
- Custom commissions: non-refundable once work has begun. We'll send progress photos along the way so you can give feedback before completion.
Caring for your piece
Leather
- Keep dry. Leather doesn't like prolonged moisture. If it gets caught in rain, let it air-dry away from direct heat.
- No perfume, lotion, or hairspray directly on the leather. These dyes and oils can stain or alter the finish.
- Store flat or hanging, not curled in a pile. Leather takes a shape and keeps it.
- Color will deepen with wear. That's not damage, that's patina.
Sterling silver
- Sterling will naturally darken over time. To brighten, polish gently with a clean soft cloth or a sterling polishing cloth.
- Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, and the ocean. Chlorine and salt water are hard on silver.
- Take them off before bed. Pillows pull on hooks.
Beadwork
- The seed beads are glass, hand-threaded around the edge. Be gentle when putting them on or taking them off. Don't pull at the beadwork.
- If a bead ever comes loose, email us. We'll repair it.
Repairs
If something happens to your piece, write to us via the contact form. Justus would rather repair a piece than have it sit in a drawer.
